Tommy Derian has a decade of experience in the veterinary industry, including six years of working alongside multiple corporate buyers and vendors and four years serving as Vice President of Business Development focused on veterinary valuations and transactions.
Tommy has consistently demonstrated a keen ability of understanding the economic & veterinary landscape, while building lasting relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations. Tommy Derian's combination of experience, strategic insight, and continuous learning makes him an asset to any organization seeking to navigate the complexities of the ever changing market and helping achieve sustainable growth and success.
Connor Sebo
With over five years of hands-on experience in the Dental & Veterinary hospital industry, Connor Sebo brings a rare blend of analytical precision and real-world understanding of how practices operate. His deep familiarity with veterinary P&Ls, cost structures, and revenue drivers allows him to identify inefficiencies, uncover growth opportunities, and communicate insights that actually move the needle.
Before joining The Wine Group, Connor worked for a West Coast website-development firm serving healthcare and veterinary clients. Since transitioning into real estate and business analytics, he’s played a key role in underwriting deals, evaluating practice performance, and supporting clients through both the business and property sides of transactions.
